Know all ___ by these presents that I Jason Moore Senior of Said State & District have for ___ consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars to ___ ___ paid by Jason Moore Junior of this State and District have bargained and sold and by these presents to bargain and sell and confer unto him the said Jason Moore Junior certain tract and parcel of land being and belonging to the aforesaid State & District on a small branch of Wards Creek ___ of Tyger River it being one mostly of a tract of one hundred acres granted to William Pen___ by patent bearing date May the fourth one thousand seven and seventy five by his excellency William Bull Esq. Governor and Commander in Chief – Said land beginning at a ____ ___ aforesaid branch running E. 1581 ___ ___ thence N 31, 62 to a __ __ , thence E 15, 81 to the side oak thereon S 31.626 the beginning all within said bounds being 50 acres more or less unto the said Jason Moore Jr. to his heirs or assigns to have and hold the aforesaid premises forever and I do hereby ___ ___ ___ ___ heirs prosecutors administrators or assignees to ____ ____ ___ to myself & my heirs & assignees and against every other person lawfully claiming or to ___ or any part thereof at the __ of my hand this 9^th day of August 1813.

Personally came Green Meadows before me and says the he is of the said District and State that he saw Jason Moore Senr. execute the above deed of conveyance to Jason Moore Junr and also that Theophilus Moore was a ___ being witnesses together with himself. Sworn to and subscribed this 3^rd June 1814.
