  W.K. McMILLAN, who served with the Spartan Rangers of South Carolina, as a teamster during the War Between the States, is now trying to get a pension and will appreciate hearing from any old comrades who can testify to his service. Friends are trying to help him get this pension from Oklahoma and replies may be addressed to MRS. R.H.
